71 Senators voted against an amendment to the farm bill giving states the right to label food in their state that contains GMO crops.
Everyone should contact these senators and express their displeasure at their vote and make sure they understand that you will not
support them for re-election unless they revise their position. The amendment, S.AMDT.965, is they only way that frankenfoods (GMO)
can be controlled in light of the law signed by President Obama. This law states that Monsanto is immune from lawsuits over GMO
crops regardless of whether they are proven harmful in the future. GMO crops have been linked to bee kills world-wide and is thought
to be at the very least a contributor to CCD. If your senator is not on this list, congratulations! They are looking after all our food safety
